Through our well-integrated machine shop we are very well equipped to meet all types of operational critical requirements in terms of surface finish, dimensional tolerances, quality standards. This is achieved through the available flexibility at our end in deploying the appropriate machines out of the HMC, VMCs, CNC turning centres for any specific operation setup. These machines are supported by duplex milling machine, hydraulic press and other general universal milling, drilling, tapping, Vibro finish machinery

The Pressure Die casting division is equipped with three cold chambered high pressure die casting machines of 80T, 180T and 250T, supported by oil fired furnaces. All other required facilities and processes such as proper material handling equipment, shot blasting, trimming presses are incorporated into the system to assure ready-for-assembly aluminium castings.
